documentation and sale processes required by the Retirement Villages

wise marketing decisions. When Village Care develops a marketing
plan careful consideration is given to the location, budget and
timelines, as well as keeping at the forefront the branding and
positioning of a village.
Marketing briefs are developed in consultation
with the client so that the objectives are clear and achievable.

advertising and promotional calendar is developed utilising a range
of marketing tools, focused around traditional and non-traditional
