Village Care use their own sales staff, or recruit and train appropriate people, to ensure that the prospective resident is nurtured through the process. To ensure accurate representations are made the sales team are educated and skilled in the required documentation and sale processes required by the Retirement Villages Act; a critical and complex part of the sales process.
